It is what we are set up for, trained for and known for — mostly houses, right across the Greater Toronto Area. Everything else we offer exists because we were already on your property with a ladder.
Glass, screens, tracks and sills — inside and out.
A window is four jobs, not one. Most companies do the first and call it finished, which is why the glass looks good until the sun hits it and you notice the frame.

Most of our work is residential, and we like it that way. Alongside it we look after a small number of commercial windows across the GTA — storefronts, offices, clinics and condo common areas.
The list is short on purpose. A storefront cleaned every second Tuesday never looks dirty, and that only works if we are not over-committed. We come before you open or after you close, on a fixed schedule, on one monthly invoice — with insurance and WSIB certificates on file for your property manager.

Questions
The things people ask first.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year suits most GTA homes — once after the spring pollen, once after the autumn leaves. Homes near a main road, on a corner lot, or with sprinklers hitting the glass usually want quarterly, because road film and hard water etch in if they sit.
Do you clean the inside as well?
Yes, and it's where most of the visible difference comes from. Interior work includes the glass, the sills, the tracks and the screens. We put down drop cloths, wear shoe covers, and move nothing heavier than a plant without asking first.
What happens if it rains right after?
Clean glass sheds rain without spotting, so a normal shower won't undo the work. If a real storm dirties your windows within seven days of an exterior clean, tell us and we'll come back and redo the affected glass at no charge.
Are you insured?
Yes — full liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and we'll send you the certificates before we book if you'd like to see them. Anyone working at height on your home should be able to produce both without hesitating.
Can you remove hard-water stains?
Usually. Mineral deposits from sprinklers and rain runoff sit on the surface at first and lift with an acid treatment and a lot of patience. Left for years they etch into the glass itself, and at that point no cleaning will help — so it's worth catching early. We'll tell you honestly which one you've got.
How do you price a job?
By the number of panes, the number of storeys and how accessible everything is — not by the hour, so there's no reason for us to go slowly. You get one fixed number in writing before we start, and it doesn't change unless you add work.
