Your storefront is the first thing anyone reads.
Scheduled window and exterior cleaning for businesses across the Greater Toronto Area — on a route, on a schedule, on one invoice.
Who we work for
Ground-level and low-rise, done on a route.
Commercial work rewards consistency more than anything else. A storefront cleaned every second Tuesday never looks dirty; the same storefront cleaned when someone finally notices always does.
We build you into a route so a crew arrives on the same day, before you open or after you close, without anyone having to phone and ask.
- Retail storefronts and plazas
- Restaurants, cafés and patios
- Professional offices and clinics
- Condo and apartment common areas, lobbies and entries
- Strata and property-managed low-rise
- Car dealerships and showrooms
- Schools, clubs and places of worship
What we do on site
The same standard, at commercial pace.
Glass & frames
Storefront glass, entry doors, vestibules and interior partitions, inside and out, plus the frames and thresholds.
Fingerprints & entries
The push-plate zone on every door — the part customers actually stand close enough to see.
Eaves & downspouts
Cleared and flushed on a schedule, so you're not dealing with an overflow above a customer entrance in February.
Walkways & patios
Entry concrete, patio slab and the smoking area, pressure washed before the season starts.
How commercial pricing works
Quoted per visit, invoiced monthly.
The more often we come, the less each visit costs — same principle as the residential plans, different rhythm.
Most storefronts land on weekly or biweekly. Offices and clinics are usually monthly. Condo common areas and strata tend to run quarterly with the glass done more often than the eaves. We'll walk the site, count the glass, and give you a fixed per-visit rate in writing.
- Fixed per-visit rate, agreed before we start
- One consolidated invoice at month end, net 30
- Certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance on file for your records
- No lock-in — 30 days' notice either way
- Purchase-order and property-manager billing accepted
Multi-site
Several locations across the GTA on one schedule and one invoice.
Briefed crews
Vetted, uniformed, and briefed on your access and alarm routine before they arrive.
Up to three storeys
Ground to third floor from the ground. Above that needs a high-rise specialist and we'll say so.
Paper in order
Insurance, WSIB and health-and-safety documentation ready for procurement.
Commercial questions
Straight answers.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for most storefronts it's the better answer. Early mornings before you open are the easiest to schedule reliably; evenings after close work too. Overnight is possible for multi-site retail if that's what the site needs.
How high can you go?
Three storeys, from the ground, using water-fed poles. We don't do rope access, swing stages or boom lifts — anything taller than that needs a properly certified high-rise contractor, and we'll tell you that rather than improvise on your building.
Do you carry the insurance our property manager will ask for?
Yes — commercial general liability plus WSIB clearance, and we'll send both certificates before the first visit so they're on file. If your property manager needs us named on anything specific, send the requirement over and we'll sort it.
What happens if a visit falls on a bad day for us?
Tell us and we move it — an inspection, a big delivery, a private event. Route work is flexible as long as we know a couple of days ahead.
Are you set up for tendered or purchase-order work?
Yes. We'll respond to an RFQ with a per-visit and annual figure, provide references on request, and bill against a PO number with net 30 terms.
